Zur festlichen Eröffnung begrüßt Sie Maurice Steger in der Erlöserkirche zusammen mit seinen virtuosen Instrumentalkolleg:innen zu seinem neuen Programm Les Nations en danse. Erleben Sie eine Reise durch das deutsche, italienische, spanische und französische Barock mit Werken von Vivaldi bis Leclair und von Falconieri bis Telemann – und allesamt sind sie von Tanzmusik inspiriert.
Es wird ein Freudenfest! Mit diesem vielschichtigen und mitreißenden Programm debütieren gleich drei Musiker:innen in Bad Kissingen. Die preisgekrönte armenisch-französische Barockviolonistin Chouchane Siranossian wird Frankreich im Rahmen unseres Eurovision-Programms solistisch vertreten. Der fantastische Barockcellist und langjährige musikalische Partner von Maurice Steger, Mauro Valli, wird ebenfalls Kostproben auf dem Violoncello piccolo geben. Zudem wird die junge spanische Cembalistin Irene Roldan in Solers Fandango eindrucksvoll zu erleben sein.
Maurice Steger wird die Blockflötenfesttage mit seinem Solo „Il Postiglione“ von Veracini einläuten. Freuen Sie sich auf ein Konzert, das pure Sinnlichkeit, Virtuosität und unerhörte Ensembleklänge vereint.

To mark the festive opening, Maurice Steger welcomes you to the Erlöserkirche together with his virtuoso instrumental colleagues for his new programme Les Nations en danse. Experience a journey through the German, Italian and French Baroque with works ranging from Vivaldi to Leclair and from Falconieri to Telemann – all inspired by dance music.
It will be a celebration of joy! With this multifaceted and captivating programme, three musicians will make their debut in Bad Kissingen.
The award-winning Armenian-French Baroque violinist Chouchane Siranossian will represent France as a soloist within our Eurovision programme. The outstanding Baroque cellist and long-standing musical partner of Maurice Steger, Mauro Valli, will also present highlights on the violoncello piccolo. In addition, the young Spanish harpsichordist Irene Roldan will be heard to impressive effect in Soler’s Fandango. Maurice Steger will inaugurate the Blockflötenfesttage with his solo “Il Postiglione” by Veracini. Look forward to a concert that unites pure sensuality, virtuosity and extraordinary ensemble sounds.
