On 2.11.2020 Maurice Steger, solo recorder player, expert in early music and conductor, was awarded the title of Professor by the Free State of Bavaria for his music mediating activities by the Nuremberg University of Music.
In compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations, he was presented with the certificate of appointment by university president Prof. Christoph Adt and the presence of chancellor Claudia Döring and vice-president Prof. Rainer Kotzian (far right).

In the future, Prof. Steger will lead seminars at the Nuremberg University of Music in a few presences per year, teach in the recorder department and take care of music education.
