Welcome to the new season! This summer we were able to share wonderful concert experiences with you, the venues, musical performances and the atmosphere at the events were simply marvellous and we are delighted that Maurice Steger and his partners continue to perform at the highest level.
And now we continue with a new project: this season Maurice Steger is the portrait artist at the BASF concerts in Ludwigshafen. We invite you to four concerts, each a bijoux in a class of its own:
1. family concert TINO FLAUTINO & KATER LEO LEONARDO with Maurice Steger, recorder, the string quartet La Cetra and Juri Tetzlaff as narrator of the fantastic story by Jolanda Steiner.

2. BACH TRIFFT TELEMANN with Maurice Steger (recorder and conductor) and the La Cetra Barockorchester Basel on 3.11.2024. Experience the two great German baroque composers in dialogue.
3. NOTE BOOK – Johann Sebastian Bach and his two notebooks for Anna Magdalena and Wilhelm Friedemann | Experience the wonderful ensemble of music and text, with Maurice Steger (recorder), Avi Avital (mandolin), Hille Perl (viola da gamba), David Bergmüller (lute), Sebastian Wienand (harpsichord & organ) and the actress Martina Gedeck (recitation of texts by Hölderlin, Goethe, Kant, Tolstoy and others). A great project on 13 December at the Feierabendhaus on the BASF areal in Ludwigshafen.
4. MEETING POINT LONDON HAYMARKET – Maurice Steger conducts the Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz in an exciting programme based around Handel in London and the refreshing Surprise Symphony by Joseph Haydn (experience the bang at the end of the 4 concerts at BASF!)
