Maurice Steger had the pleasure of opening the wonderful Drive in Festival du Lied in Charmey, directed by Marie-Claude Chappuis. What musical fun!
Afterwards they went to Arosa for an intensive week of training, where Maurice Steger and 5 other teachers led the master class for recorder and early music in a group of 35 inspired students. It was great in Arosa!
Next stop: Klosters Music – in this idyllic mountain village, world class people meet and celebrate music at the highest level. What a joy, it was simply phenomenal in Klosters, thank you il pomo d’oro, bravo Christoph Croisé – see you again soon!
This summer, the Engadin Festival held a top-class concert series in Pontresina and the historic St. Moritz Riding Hall, where Maurice Steger and the La Cetra Baroque Orchestra Basel were also guests. It was unbelievably wonderful, thanks to all participants for the great organisation of the festival!
